Hire an Internal Coach for Consistent Staff Improvement

Increasingly companies and organizations hire an internal coach, or a larger coaching staff and run their own coaching departments. This approach may work well for you. The coach may work within on-site offices or coach remotely by phone or internet. They are paid by the organization and deliver confidential coaching services to employees or clients the organization serves.

If you wish to hire a coach for your organization you can do one of three things.

1. Contact CCN for consultation as you develop your internal coaching program and look for coaches to manage or work within it. We will work with you to develop a Request for Proposal for our organizational coaches.

2. Search our database of professionals who have indicated they are open to employment as internal coaches. Make contact yourself and proceed from there.

3. Have us post a request for proposal (RFP) for you. Be brief but also as specific as possible in the type of individual you are looking for. We will post your RFP to our organizational coaches.
