Christian Coaching Resources and Training
CCN is committed to showcasing Christian coaching resources that will help you as a coach and an entrepreneur.
We have tried to carefully review each of the resources offered here. We used six key criteria before accepting the promotional on the CCN site.
1. Would this offering provide a valuable personal or professional resource for all or some particular group of our members?
2. If the service, product or program contains spiritual direction or references scripture, is it honoring to the Lord and does it accurately reflect the scriptures? We seek to allow for some degree of latitude around those interpretations that do not generally relate to the fundamental doctrines of the faith. Example: views on whether or not to tithe.
3. Does the service, product or program provide a practical tool or system for coaches to use with their clients?
4. Where similar services are offered (such as graphic design), does the offering provide a unique approach and vibrancy of style that has the potential to serve and showcase our clients well?
5. Does the offering fit with our philosophy of providing a comprehensive range of resources to meet as many needs as we can?
6. What is the Christian viewpoint, reputation and track record of the individuals or leaders who provide this service, product or program?
Guidelines for Those Wishing to Promote to CCN Members
If you offer is purely self-promotional, if in your thinking you are primarily seeing our CCN members as a market, do not advertise your services here.
If on the other hand you see CCN members as
• people engaged in ministry and business who would really profit from the Christian coaching resources that you offer, and
• if you are already a Christian and you have a desire that has been submitted and surrendered to the Lord,
then we encourage you to submit a proposal.
We are interested in tools and services that will help our members improve what they do and better serve the people God is bringing them into contact with.
We acknowledge that our review and conclusions about any submitted offering will not always be perfect. If we learn of something that goes against the spirit of CCN, we have no hesitation to remove it from the website.
If an offering fails to deliver and consistently garners poor reviews, we will encourage you to make adjustments. We want those offering Christian coaching resources to be successful, because they have something worth getting out there, just as we want our coaches successful in using those resources.
