The Art and Science of Coaching: A Transformational Christian Program
is the only International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training
Program (ACTP) offered anywhere. The ICF, the largest Coaching body in the
world, has accredited this Christian coaching program at the highest level.
If you are interested in becoming a Certified Christian Life Coach through
an ACTP course, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity you will want to consider.
The ICF has established three levels of coaching accreditation world-wide:
Associate Certified Coach (ACC); Professional Certified Coach (PCC); and Master
Certified Coach (MCC). The Art and Science of Coaching: A Transformational
Christian Program, fulfills all the requirements to attain the second level
of Coach Accreditation with the ICF—Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Our fully accredited course includes:
• A minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training (Modules
1-4)
• A minimum of 6 observed-coaching sessions with an experienced coach
(Module 5)
• A comprehensive final exam that evaluates a your coaching competency
(Module 5)
• An opportunity for certified graduates to apply for an ICF credential
(ACC, PCC, or MCC) using the official ICF graduate application (Module 5)
Our Module 5 takes place over the phone and can begin immediately after Module 4 is completed. Module 5 is the final stage you will complete to become ICF-ACTP Certified.
ACTP is the highest level of accreditation a person can achieve through the ICF, and The Art and Science of Coaching: A Transformational Christian Program offers all of the training you will need to become fully accredited with the ICF, and to launch a successful Christian coaching practice.
NOTE: Real-life coaching hours are also a requirement for ICF accreditation. This requirement cannot be obtained in the classroom—you must log these coaching hours with real clients.

The Art and Science of Coaching: A Transformational Christian Program is based
upon “solution-focused” Christian life coaching that is rooted
in the following scriptures and premises about humanity:
1. Individuals already possess the resources within them to accomplish their God-given assignments: I (You) can do all things through Christ that strengthens (Philippians 4:13).
2. Meditating on our problems will not move you into God’s purposes for your life: Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things (Philippians 4:8).
3. God’s best for you is in front of you, and not behind you: Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland (Isaiah 43:18, 19).
4. The map is not the territory. In other words, you are established and defined by your thoughts, not your deeds: For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7).
5. There is no failure in the coaching experience; only feedback: Brother, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead (Philippians 3:13).
6. By faith in Jesus Christ you can have the mind of Christ; therefore you can achieve Godly results: Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is; that which is good and acceptable, and perfect (Roman 12:2).
7. People often “believe” they are making the best choices available to them at the time, whether they are or are not: Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing (Luke 23:24).
8. Your behavior is not who you are: The Doctrines of Sanctification and Salvation.
